One of U Medvídků’s famous lagers, 1466 is a unfiltered lager named after the year which the brewery was founded. Starting with a deep yellow, amber color and a thick creamy head, you’ll notice a fresh nose of hops and yeast. Beginning with a sweet, fruity rich taste, there is an over-riding bitterness of hops, adding depth to this yeasty lager. The fresh yeast adds to a rough texture, and the sharp carbonation leaves a nice bite of hops on the back of your tongue.
