Ježek 11° is a simple, traditional Czech lager with a clear golden color and light hoppy aroma. With a lighter body and simple, wholesome taste of hops, this lager from Jihlavský Pivovar begins with a hint of caramel from roasted barely. At the finish, Ježek becomes just mildly more bitter. A nice evenly flavored refreshing beer, especially compared to other 11° lagers.
