Black Miner is a very fitting name- this beer from Starokladensky pivovar in Kladno is black; you can’t see any light when looking through your glass. It has a thick heavy texture, topped off with a thick foamy head. The shocking thing about this beer is that especially when considering the texture this beer has a surprisingly light sweet taste of roasted barley. It’s extremely smooth, and throughout has a hidden taste of hops. It’s lightly carbonated, and goes down nice and easy.
