Having a truly one of a kind taste, this beer from the Starokladno brewery, in Kladno - a city about an hour north-west of Prague, has an earthy aroma and taste to its complex body. Oddly, this beer tastes and smells like fresh cabbage. This earthy beer has a sharper taste, and a bitter finish. A novel beer, but not the best choice if you want a classic Czech beer.
