On the evening of February 11, we’re proud to host the long awaited bottle release of Métaphore, Jiri Sladek’s much anticipated natural beer project. During this meet the brewer style evening, the first of his available bottles (3 different types) will be open for tasting, plus, we’ll even have a keg (!) of Métaphore for this special event.

In Jiri’s words, his natural beers reflect a concrete time and place and try to embody the elusive concept of “beer terroir”. They are inspired, influenced and gracefully touched by seasons past, ever-changing nature, culture and the beautiful people around us.

At the heart of Jiri’s beers, you’ll find local, organic, or heirloom ingredients. All of his beers use spontaneous or wild fermentation and are aged in wood. And a few even bridge the world of wine with their inclusion of selected grapes.

Due to the limited nature of these bottles, purchases are available for on site consumption only.
