This spring, Prague has been quite the place for beer festivals- we started off with the Czech Beer Festival, over the past weekend was Zizkovsky Pivo Brani, and this next weekend, Českomoravský svaz minipivovarů (Czech-Moravian mini-brewery association) will host Festival Minipivovarů na Pražském Hradě, from June 15-16.

Doors open from 2-8 p.m on Friday, and from 11 a.m till 8 p.m on Saturday. Breweries from all over the Czech Republic will be presenting their beers, and you’ll have a chance to try each. Entrance costs 300 czk, and includes a tasting glass, catalogue, and free samples of all the breweries participating. A sample size will be 7.5 cl.

The exact location is in the Prague Castle gardens, ‘Střelecká’.
