What started in 2008 as a student project has become one of the leading sources for hunting down our favorite part of Czech culture- its completely unique pubs, full of the fantastic lagers and ales that have put this country on the world beer map.

Originally, the launch of this new site was planned for last summer. But since we’re still operating as a side hobby project, and with only one Web developer in our two person team, time went a bit too fast, as it usually does when you're drinking good beer outdoors.

We hope you'll find the updates useful. Please let us know if you find any bugs that need to be fixed. However, if you’re using an older browser don’t expect this site to work properly. We’d be happy to hear any ideas for future improvements too.

We’re not stopping here- we already have a long list of improvements and new features planned for the future.

Here’s a quick list of our most important new features:

So far for the future, this is what we’ve got planned:

• You’ll be able to rate pubs/beer
• Add your own beer events/beer reviews
• Pub owners will be able to add their current on tap beers
